Your evening will be guided by your host, Logan Pike.
Logan Pike is a regular yoga instructor at various studios around Auckland. ReWild is a culmination of everything he has learned from his time spent in New Zealand, Australia and India practising yoga, meditation and breathwork. He has a strong focus on community and sharing teachings that reach far beyond the mat.
6:15 PM Arrival and registration
Please arrive between 6:15 and 6:25 pm to ensure we are all in on time and no one gets stuck outside.
6:30 PM Opening the space
Opening meditation to set a group intention for the evening.
7:15 PM Connection
We will start by splitting into small groups that will rotate as we open discussions that will quickly break the barriers of stranger hood.
8:00 PM Movement
We will spend the rest of the evening journeying through sound and guided mindful movement. Logan's mindful movement practice is much like a guided meditation that incorporates the body as we move through various different soundscapes. This intuitive practice is accessible to all and requires no prior yoga or meditation experience. The practise is designed to release stress and stimulate creativity, openness and an abundant sense of personal freedom.
9:30 PM Closing the space
The evening will end with a grounding meditation before we head back out to share our fullest selves with the world.
