Join Masterchef NZ 2013 winner Aaron Brunet to make and taste delicious plant-based meals. Suitable for those on vegan diets.
You don’t have to be vegan or savvy in the kitchen to join this workshop, you just need to be enthusiastic to learn and ready to have fun. I’ll show you how to create dishes that will supercharge your life with nutrient-dense food and expand your culinary universe!
What you can expect?
-paired-up cooking in a relaxed learning environment
-leading-edge ingredients and new cooking techniques
-exciting new recipes to wow your family and friends
-mix of everyday and special occasion dishes
-introduction to plant-based nutrition
-printed recipes to take home
-10am - 4pm
-we'll cover 7-8 recipes
-a mixture of students 'paired up' cooking and 'gather rounds' to share interesting/notable stages of each dish
-two 'sit and eat' sessions at approximately noon and 3pm
-approximately 30 minutes discussion on plant-based nutrition

About plant-based cooking and eating: A plant-based diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits, and with few or no animal products.
