Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking class making easy-to-follow vegetarian recipes from recent popular Middle Eastern cookbooks: Reem Kassis' THE PALESTINIAN TABLE, Ottolenghi SIMPLE and JERUSALEM, and Adeena Sussman's SABABA. Authentic and delicious Middle Eastern home cooking! We'll make a FEAST of 10 dishes to share. Wendy, your chef, supplies all the vegetables from her organic Wellington vegee garden. She'll also bring a few extra treats for you to sample!
When you've finished cooking we will all sit down for a relaxed feast together.
Price includes 2-hour class, all ingredients, recipes, some bonus homemade Middle Eastern snacks upon arrival, a glass of homemade pomegranate kombucha, and a surprise dessert. Wine available for purchase for $10 per glass.
