7:45 Chanting on Fridays
8:00 Monday – Thursday and Saturdays
Whether you are a complete newcomer to meditation or have been practising meditation for years, it is helpful to join others of like mind.
Pure Meditation Evenings at the Centre begin with a short series of easy to follow exercises for those who wish. Winged Prayer is sent every evening at 9pm. This is a prayer for light and peace to go out to all in need and for healing for those who request it. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish.
There is no charge and you do not need to have learned meditation at the Centre to come.
Arrangements for Pure Meditation Evenings
Currently to ensure we comply with safe social distancing we ask that for any evening you wish to join us you reserve your place by calling the centre on (03) 359 8507 before 5.30pm that day. To attend Sunday Pure Meditation Evenings please call before 5.30pm on Saturday, as we do not check the phones on a Sunday. We also ask that you please bring your own blanket and cushion for your comfort and if it is your first time please do arrive 10 minutes early so we can greet and settle you in.
