Performance is important. Everyone needs to be clear on how they contribute to goals, why they do it, and how they work with others to achieve them.

This is an intensive A-Z workshop for Leaders on how to best manage the performance of their people. Whether you just started as a leader or you are looking for new inspirations, you take away practical skills and tools that will make your team perform better.

Key content
• What works and what doesn’t in managing people performance?
• How to build a strong performance culture, clear standards and expectations, accountability and the desire in people to develop?
• How to have highly effective performance conversations to get a poor performer back on track?
• How to exit an employee without getting into trouble?
• How to keep up trusting relationships and motivation for action when it gets tough?

The training is supported by templates and worksheets on paper and electronically.

About the facilitator:
Stefan Doll (CMHRINZ, MBA), Registered Psychologist in Germany, Principal Consultant.
Stefan has over 20 years of experience as a human resources manager, trainer and consultant in Europe and New Zealand in the FMCG industry, manufacturing, local government and professional services. His degrees in industrial psychology (Germany) and MBA (UK) laid the foundation for many successfully resolved people challenges in a business context. His passion for leadership and thriving organisational cultures resulted in advising the European headquarters of BP on learning and development programmes before he came to New Zealand in 2003.

Stefan is a published author and co-founder of the Diversity Institute. Building on his experience, observations and studies he developed a practical tool to resolve differences between people which is now successfully applied by many of his clients.
