It's said that whisky takes on flavours unique to where it's made. To highlight the wide range of flavours available in Scotch whisky, we're trying one from each of Scotland's six whisky regions:
Highland, Lowland, Speyside, Islay, Campbeltown and the Islands.
The list of ingredients for single malt whiskies is the same - it’s mostly malted barley, yeast and water. Thanks to skill, wood, terroir and time each expression has its own unique flavour, personality and charm.
Of course, you can expect some delicious canapes and nibbles from the Clink kitchen to finish off the night.
