Meditation - inner lessons for outer peace, simple teachings on the remembering of love, happiness, clarity of mind, simplicity and calm. Real peace is an inner achievement, and real happiness a spiritual blossoming - these are the gifts of meditation.
The following courses are designed to introduce you to simple and effective exercises to still the mind, including breathing techniques, creative visualisation, concentration and meditation techniques.
Topics for discussion include using meditation for self-awareness, overcoming stress and other life problems, achieving inner potential and spiritual awakening. Learn the ABC’s at any of our introductory free courses.
Dates: October 1, 8, 21, 29: Please note, these feature two consecutive Tuesday evenings, a third Monday evening then a final Tuesday evening.
Times: 6:00 – 7:30pm nightly, with longer sessions on the last two evenings to introduce meditation-music, special interest topics and guest speakers. .
