Cold dishes include: Pork Terrines, Homemade Crackers, Hummus, Tapenade, Smoked Salami, Cheeses, Greek Salad, Cheesecake, Panna Cotta, and Chocolate Brownie Bites.
Hot dishes include: Pork belly, Sautéed Prawns, Roast Lamb Rack, Spanish Chorizo, Lebanese Meat Skewers, Moroccan Flat Bread.
But wait, there’s more… the team at Ahuriri Village Kitchen will also be collaborating with Pask Winery, pairing their Declaration range to the menu. Pask Head Winemaker Paul Smith will host a tasting (75ml) of the current Declaration collection of wines including their Methode Traditionelle , Chardonnay, Syrah and Bordeaux blend plus one special limited edition release.
Guests will be able to purchase further wine from the bar. Tea & Coffee will be available to purchase.
Ticket price includes a full table of hot and cold food for grazing at your leisure and 5 wines to taste matched. Bar purchases available.
