It’s set to be an “olive oily” evening at Oak Estate when local Aquiferra olive oils becomes the hero of the evening.
Arrive to a glass of Oak Estate’s Methode Traditionelle paired with moreish canapes. Following on, you’ll be seated for a four-course, shared plates style dining experience, all created with Aquiferra olive oils and created by Chef Stefan Loetscher. A little sneak peek... think poached fish with sauce vierge, Pasta Aglio e olio and Mediterranean Lamb! Bob Marshall from Aquiferra will be mingling and talking on his olive grove on Maraekakaho Road in Hastings.
Ticket price includes a glass of Methode Traditionelle with canapes to start followed by a 4-course menu of shared plates. Additional drinks can be purchased on the night.
