Events on Khyber is a modern, stylish and versatile event space with capacity to host between 10 - 150 people. We have seven spaces available with interchangeable and relocatable walls, meaning we can create the ideal venue or meeting space to suit your needs.
From small intimate showcases to large-scale training or events, we can cater for a wide range of functions, conferences, BNI breakfasts, product launches and corporate events. The venue is equipped with large screens that will help you showcase your presentation, a speaker system and white boards are integrated into the walls.
With easy access to the motorway and affordable pay as you go parking next door. The trains and city buses are located within short walking distance from the venue and it is close to the Newmarket shops and Auckland Domain.

The Rotoma, Rotoiti, Tekapo and Wakatipu rooms can be interlocked into one large event space, or hired as stand alone rooms. We also have a boardroom with plenty of natural light, and the Te Anau Cafe, a casual and contemporary open plan room located in the hub of the building.
TV, projector, screens, flip chart excluding paper, whiteboard, sound system, mircophone, podium and wifi are all included in the hiring fee depending on the space you hire.
