Renowned photographer, Esther Bunning, will be sharing secrets for taking great photographs on Sunday 1 November at Cobblestones Museum.
Esther has an impressive background with over 30 years of wonderful photography. Recent awards include Professional Photographer of the Year 2020, NZIPP Creative Photographer of the Year 2020, NZIPP Portrait Open Photographer of the Year 2020, Finalist in HeadOn International Portrait Award May 2020 and she’s the Artist in residence for the NZ Pacific Studio 2020 ANZAC Bridge fellowship.
She’ll be sharing her simple tips on ‘how to’ look good in photos: where to stand, how to stand, posing people, backgrounds, lighting and demonstrate these using real models. She’ll also share tricks to make the most of available light for photographing your family and grandchildren. She’s a big believer of women existing in photographs - she knows firsthand that most women are reluctant to come out from behind their phones and camera’s and be in the photographs with their families.
If you’re keen to know tricks on how to feel good and look your best when being photographed, and how to make other people relax in front of the camera, then this is a must attend workshop.
