Rock bottom can be different for everyone, and there’s been a lot of it going around this year. Losing your job, strained relationships, or even just losing the spark you had for your passions - sometimes it can all feel so overwhelming like you don’t even know where to start.
But, what if rock bottom was just your springboard in disguise? What would it look like to let go of all the things in your life that aren’t serving you, and rebuild from the ground up?
Seed Waikato will be answering these questions and more at our November workshop, ‘Rock bottom: your springboard in disguise.’ Our special guest speakers, Tracy Hemingway (DebtFreeDiva) and Michael Moore (spoken word poet) will be speaking to their own experiences of rock bottom, and providing practical tools to start building the life you want to live.
You are welcome to wear a face mask. There will be hand sanitiser provided on-site, and we will be encouraging contact tracing through the official app or a registration sheet. If you are unwell, please do not come to the event. Staying at home if you’re sick is the best thing you can do to stop any future spread of COVID-19.
