Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.
Pilates is perfect for anyone interested in reaching whole body wellness. It helps you to build core strength, improve your immune system, posture, tone, balance, and reduce the risk of injury through exercises which combine strength and flexibility. It is also a fabulous way to de-stress. This course caters for both beginners and those with some pilates experience.
This course runs over nine Tuesday evenings 6:30 - 7:30pm with instructor Maryam.

Class numbers limited for so we recommend you register early to secure your place. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a warm layer. Bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel for floor exercises.
