Join Helen for a weekly hour of gentle, whole-body exercise suitable for all ages, combining elements of dance, martial arts, yoga and mindfulness. This is a barefoot class. Classes run 7:45 - 8:45 PM on Tuesdays over eight weeks.

Nia provides a gentle, whole-body workout suitable for all ages. Nia consists of 52 basic movements and techniques combining elements of dance, martial arts, yoga and mindfulness. With the freedom to do as much or as little as you like, and no pressure to “get it right”, Nia is an enjoyable alternative to the gym and conventional fitness programmes. Set to a diverse range of music, Nia is all about finding joy in movement.
