This program starts on Monday 2nd March at 7.30pm and runs for 4 consecutive weeks, ending with session four on Monday 23rd March.
On this four-week beginners' program you will learn and apply:
- How to calm stress and anxiety in 3 seconds.
- How to discover and honour what your heart truly needs.
- Grow your self-compassion and self-appreciation.
- Know your authentic YES (and NO) for healthy boundaries.
- Use loving intention and simple energy techniques to help release limiting beliefs, emotional disharmony and let go of resistance that has been holding you back.
- Experience simple heart meditations and heart-centred exercises.
- Learn how to co-coach each other using solution focused open-hearted conversation. So bring a friend!
- Connect more deeply with loved ones thru open-hearted curiosity.
