Happiness and Suffering: at peace with our crazy mind.
In our search for happiness, we need to have a basic understanding of the mind’s evolved wiring, its predispositions and “crazy” tendencies. The more we understand that the mind evolved for survival and not necessarily for happiness, the better equipped we are with working with it towards peace, happiness and contentment.
