Craggy Range introduces another exciting pop-up concept in their cellar door, Giant’s Dumpling House.
Mouth-watering creations from Head Chef Casey McDonald, featuring banquet-style dining with dumplings, steamed buns and noodles, alongside raw local fish with wakame and yuzu dressing, Giants’s Dumpling House will run for two nights only.
Steamed chicken and crayfish dumplings with Craggy Range’s signature spicy dipping sauce are set to be guaranteed crowd-pleasers, while newly released Craggy Range aromatic wines, will be the perfect accompaniment to your evening.
