This Yoga Beginner's Course is starting on Thursday the 27th of February. 9:30am - 11am at the Moutere Hills Community Centre.
Every- and any one is welcome to join 4 weeks course where we explore essential yoga poses, learn how to connect with the breath, create space and release tension in body and mind.
We focus on alignment of the body as we move through yoga poses in a mindful and loving way. Every class ends with guided deep relaxation, and we are also getting a glimpse of meditation.
This course is truly open to every body! We can work with/around a lot of different health conditions or old injuries (providing your doctor is approving). Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Total investment for the 4 weeks is $60.
