Yoga practice increases vitality and strength, improves breathing, posture, balance, coordination, flexibility and muscle tone, reduces tension and anxiety as well as improving sleep.
Classes follow school terms.

Tues 5.30pm - 7pm - 9 weeks - $108
Casual class - $17
No class Oct 28 and Nov 5.
Suitable for: Beginner to Intermediate levels. Bring your Yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.
