Rejuvenate from the inside out during this special weekend retreat designed to recharge your body, mind and spirit through yoga, song, dance, storytelling, meditation and community. Not to mention staying in the stunning setting of the Marlborough vineyards with nutritious food to nurture!  

Choose to fully immerse yourself over the weekend with sunrise practises before two full days of yoga, chanting, live music, meditation, Thai massage and delicious food.

If you prefer to join solely during the day, a 9 to 5:30 option is available.

Classes interweave the power of mindfulness, the awakening of sensation through yoga, and the wisdom of philosophical tradition through poetry and storytelling. This award-winning author uses her passion for writing and language to engage students deeper with their physical practise and meditation.

We will embrace the teachings of Ammachi, Pema Chodron, O.P. Tiwari, Erich Schiffman, Shiva Rea and Mark Whitwell in her daily practice. Traveling around the world in 2019, the host has shared this practice in Bali, Costa Rica, India, Thailand, Japan, China, Europe and beyond.

Come and experience grace and joy for living life fully with soulful teachings and music combined with meditation and awakening yoga.
