Join us at the Wellington School of Tai Chi Chuan in Petone for fitness, fun and friendship.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that

- Improves posture
- Helps relaxation and concentration
- Improves the flow of Qi (a life energy necessary for health and vitality)
- Strengthens the body as well as the mind from within

Our classes are relaxed, welcoming and suitable for all fitness levels. Try your first class for free.

Please note there are no classes on public holidays or over long weekends.
