Business Women's Network (BWN) is pleased to be hosting a two-day Speaker Series in 2021, designed to inspire, engage and connect businesswomen in the Bay of Plenty.
Held 1-5pm each day, each event will feature three or four iconic women (of the local and national profile), with drinks and canapés, and a chance to mix and mingle.
The theme, The Changing Face of Business, will focus on the fact that in today’s world businesses are no longer solely recognised on the products or services they produce – they must also demonstrate values, such as social responsibility, diversity, kaitiaki, and sustainability in their corporate strategy.
For this series, we are selecting speakers from companies who have embraced this ideology in order to educate, inspire and challenge our audience. We are asking our speakers to share how they have had to think and act creatively, challenged the status quo and taken risks in order to achieve the success and positive reputation they have today.
