The 2020 Executive Leadership Programme combines group workshops with individual coaching in order to accelerate your Leadership development. You will return to your organisation more confident, more capable, better equiped to take on new challenges.
Prior to the programme each participant will receive a 1-on-1 Leadership coaching session with Mark Wager, one of the worlds top Leadership experts. The purpose of this session is for you to get absolute clarity on your goals, identify the limiting beliefs that are holding you back and a plan of action.

- Action plans
Each participant will have a 1-hour coaching session three months after the programme and a final 1-hour coaching session six months after the programme.
