This workshop will run 10am - 4pm on Sunday 29 November 2020.
Join French Pastry Chef Anne Picart to learn authentic French pastries. Anne will teach recipes using choux pastry, brioche dough and French meringue. At the end of the class you'll have prepared a range of delicious sweet treats to take home. And you'll have the recipes and know-how to practise your new skills at home.
-Chocolate éclairs (classical and always delicious)
-Lemon pie with meringue - a symbol of french pastry
-Individual French braided brioche (perfect lunchbox items)
Maximum class size eight students.
