Our breathing is the pathway to healing, evolving and expanding into higher versions of ourself.
You will be guided through an intuitive breath practice to help you drop into your body and heart, calm your nervous system, release stored tension, emotion, expand your awareness, raise your vibration and bring you into a grounded, conscious space.
The practice will use different breathing techniques including the conscious connected breath. This is a powerful breath and can bring up a lot of stored emotion and blocked energies. You will be held in a safe space with support.
If you would like to move into a yoga class following this I will be teaching this it will start at 5:30pm (first class is free).
Please note if you are experiencing any of the following this breath practice is not recommended
Epilepsy, High blood pressure, Cardiovascular disease, Pregnant or anything else can that can cause restriction to the breath and abdominal area. If you are not sure please get in touch.
There may be some alternative options for you that are safe depending on what you are experiencing.
