I was diagnosed with CFS 20 years ago. Short story is, after leaving my job I took another path, eventually becoming a yoga teacher. I've been teaching now for 12 years and look forward to sharing some of my learnings with you. Much of my yoga learning is with Ashram Yoga 500hr.
