Well-being for Women groups offer a space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together to experience the power of shared discussions on a wide variety of topics including exhaustion, stress, sleep, food, self-care, and more. And with what has unfolded in our lives and communities over the last six months there is sure to be much to discuss.
Each presentation offers a wealth of insight and inspiration from all the women who join us and there are always many practical take-home tools for you to introduce into your own life.
