The Hollo(w)ing is a live dance event performed simultaneously by dancers around the globe as an act of solidarity and compassion in the face of isolation.
The Hollo(w)ing is an embodied representation of emotional and physical absences. In this live dance event, we celebrate international solidarity, even in the face of travel restrictions. A powerful reminder that although our borders may be closed, our artistic whanau remains here, waiting with arms open.
In an effort to extend our passion for connection to the community as a whole we will be hosting a live Q&A immediately after the July 17th performance to answer questions from the audience about the experiences and challenges of working together via an online medium.
