Looking after yourself and your relationships, a mindfulness meditation experience
In support of the Museum of Broken Relationships exhibition, unwind with a relaxing mindfulness and meditation experience in the Beautiful Science Gallery.
Core Meditation’s Dave McQuillan will introduce you to mindfulness methods you can use to unwind tension, reduce stress, deal with difficult emotions, and develop greater compassion for the people in your life.
This workshop includes everyday mindfulness methods, diaphragmatic breathing, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and loving-kindness meditation.
Bring your own yoga mat, pillows/cushions to sit on (a limited number of beanbags provided to those who don’t have mat/pillow)
5.45pm for a 6pm start, Tuesday 21 January, Tuesday 11 February and Tuesday 3 March
