This event is a weekly drop in class.

Each class consists of a guided meditation and a talk based on Buddhist wisdom. Classes are suitable for everyone. Join in any week, booking is not required.

With Buddhist Teacher Kate Faulkner.

(The car park is off Hawke Street and the class is in the main office building).

What is Tantra?- week of 21 September to week of 5 October 3 weeks

Although Tantra is very popular, not many people understand its real meaning. Tantra is the quick path for unlocking our unlimited potential for happiness, mental freedom, and the ability to help others.

Through practicing Tantra, based on wisdom and compassion, we can swiftly free ourselves from all our ordinary, negative self-conceptions, and develop our imagination and bliss to transform our ordinary world into a pure world.

Becoming the Person You Want to Be – week of 12 October to week of 30 November 4 weeks

Learn how to become the best possible version of yourself through meditation, a shift in mind set and adopting positive habits. Learn tools for transformation presented within Buddha’s teachings and how they can be applied in our busy modern lives. Through taking these teachings to heart we can move towards realising our true human potential for happiness and increase our capacity to help others.

What to expect at a class:
Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching and advice on how to integrate the instructions into our daily life. The classes run for 75 minutes. Each class is self-contained, join anytime.

There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.

These classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Everybody welcome.
