Not the classic chocolate and coconut biscuits from your childhood but the delicious European delights! Find out how to make perfect macarons, flavour them with different ganaches and buttercreams, as well as learn the piping techniques to fill and finish them for a neat presentation.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the knowledge and skill needed to create delicious and beautiful macarons at home and will be able to:
- Make macaron shells
- Make a range of Italian meringue buttercreams for filling macarons
- Make ganaches for filling macarons
- Fill the shells for neat presentation
All ingredients provided but bring two containers, an apron, two tea towels and a dishcloth.
