Come and be part of my small group photography workshop and learn to take some awesome long exposure photos using a variety of light sources; light sticks, finger lights, LED seed lights and sparklers. You will also have the opportunity to photograph the night lights of Auckland and Sky City tower, along with the light trail of the passing cars.
With a maximum of six in the group we meet at Swashbucklers Restaurant in Westhaven for a glass of wine before heading out to learn long exposure photography.
Afterwards, you will be encouraged to keep in touch through the closed group FaceBook alumni network.
Everything’s included in the ticket price, just bring yourself, your camera and camera gear plus dress warmly.

You will need to have a basic understanding of your camera and functions, this workshop although is suitable for beginners to advanced.
What you will need to bring:
- Digital camera
- Lens – 55mm to 100mm lens is suitable, although bring what you have
- Tripod – extendable to minimum 1.5m
- Small tarpaulin (available from Bunnings for $4] to lay your camera bag on
- Small torch or headlamp to see your camera settings
- Dress warmly
- Lots of questions
- Heaps of enthusiasm
- Desire to have fun.
