We’re bringing you one hell of a night on Friday 13th November!
We’re collaborating with Weta Workshop to bring you a creative hands-on workshop with a themed cocktail and screening of Black Sheep (2006) on 35 mm print followed by a Q&A with the film’s Director Jonathon King.
At 7 pm we’ll begin a special a ‘Scars & Scrapes’ workshop presented by the creative Weta Workshop team. No humans were harmed in the making of this workshop! Learn techniques employed by Weta Workshop’s SFX crew as you craft a convincing wound on your partner with silicone gels, special effects make-up and movie blood. During the workshop, you’ll receive a delicious themed cocktail to stimulate your taste buds. After the workshop, you’ll head into the cinema at 8 pm for a screening of Black Sheep (2006) followed by the Q&A session.
All tickets are $50!
There is a $15 ticket option to the 8 pm film screening and Q&A only.
