Part of the Covert Theatre Block Workshop Series:
The workshop: As improvisers, we often play many different characters in one show. How can we make each one unique? You will explore different ways of using your body, voice and spoken language to create richer, fuller characters with needs, wants and strong points of view. With bold choices you will fully inhabit a character and bring it to life.
The teacher: Tom Kane is a founding member of the Covert Theatre and has been an Improv Bandit since 2001. He brings his vast acting experience to all his workshops and is known for his expertise in physicality, character and accents. He has taught improvisation for over 10 years to people of all ages; from school children to corporate warriors.
