CAP Life Skills with CAP Money - 8 week course
2020 has been an interesting year and while life in some ways is returning to normal many of us are having to cope with a lot of change to our financial circumstances. Now may be the time to review and improve or even implement a budget.
Even if the finances haven’t changed being at home for several weeks may have got you thinking about extending your knowledge around your health and relationships.
St Peters House provides a Life Skills course that includes CAP Money. CAP Money gives participants access to an easy to use online tool to build and maintain individual budgets.
Meeting together in a small group provides a supportive place in to share ideas, make friends and try new things.

Over eight sessions your CAP Life Skills coach will provide you with practical and relevant support to ensure you get the most out of the course in an open and caring environment with people who will walk with you every step of the way.
CAP Life Skills provides a community of like-minded people from your area that you can support and be supported by throughout the course. They’ll be people in similar situations to you - people who will understand you and can encourage you.
