Breathing is a powerful tool when you do it consciously. Breathwork not only has the potential to reveal suppressed adverse experiences and emotions but also resolve them through releasing the associated stored energy and tension trapped in the nervous system and subconscious mind.
Group sessions are for those wanting to explore how the practise of breathwork can make an impact on your life. Sessions will be run by Wendy Matthews who is an experienced Breathwork Facilitator. Wendy will guide you through the experience in a safe environment.
You do not need prior experience to join any of the group sessions although the capacity to be self-responsible is encouraged.
