Come together with like minded individuals and learn the art of flax weaving this winter with Annie Ah Mu.
During the workshop you will start by learning about harakeke (flax), the history of its use and the respectful way to harvest it. You will cut your own harakeke and Annie will guide you through creating a simple traditional weaved piece.
There are two workshops available, Sunday 7th July and Sunday 21st July from 10am - 12pm.
