During your retreat, you will learn health enhancing and practical tools to use in your everyday life for reducing stress and fatigue, improving digestion, enhancing immunity and living a healthier and more peaceful life.
Michele Nysse is a Registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, who has a specific interest in womens health and wellbeing, nutrition and the healing qualities of herbs. Michele will be sharing her wisdom and knowledge during her daily wellness talks.
You will experience both Yin and Yang styles of yoga, the benefits of asana, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation. Our retreats are for every ‘body’, from complete beginners to advanced.
Olivia Nysse will be guiding you through your yoga classes, Olivia is an experienced (500-HRS) yoga practitioner, teaching Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga. She specializes in bringing Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and the 5 Elements into her classes.
Olivia has taught at many retreats and studios throughout Indonesia, Australia, India and New Zealand. She has a great knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and her classes work on all systems of the body, detoxifying, relaxing and reducing stress in the body and mind.
Feel free to do as little or as much as you like, relax in the magnesium pool overlooking the ocean, soak up Vitamin D on the verandah with a good book in one hand and tea in the other, explore the lovely vegetable and herbal medicinal gardens, or make use of the gym & infrared sauna.
The retreat is the perfect place to simply relax, and connect back into your true nature, with delicious and nutritious dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and sugar-free cuisine!
During your retreat, you will be nourished by an array of delicious, wholesome, vegan meals and snacks. You are encouraged to reconnect to your body’s true wants and needs and invited to savour each bite in silent mindful eating, transforming your relationship with food. Herbal teas and healthy snacks will be available throughout the day.
