Ty Stiklorius is the Founder and CEO of Friends at Work, a management, entertainment and social-impact company which supports the careers of artists including John Legend, Raphael Saadiq, Lindsey Stirling, Katell Keineg, RuthAnne and Saleka Night.
Ty is also a principal at Get Lifted Film Co, John Legend’s production company – which has served as Executive Producer on the Oscar-winning film La La Land and the hit series Underground. Recently, Ty won an Emmy for her work as an Executive Producer of Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert.
Together, Ty & John started the #FREEAMERICA campaign to influence the US national conversation regarding mass incarceration and prosecutor integrity. In 2017, Fast Company included Ty on their Most Creative People list for “merging music and activism” and Billboard named her as one of the most powerful women in music. Ty earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from The University of Pennsylvania.
Rob English has lead the creative vision on initiatives for Fortune 500 brands including Vitamin Water, Reebok and Google. Outside of traditional advertising he has creative directed for artists like Lady Gaga, John Legend and Lindsey Stirling. In 2016 Rob joined Ty Stiklorius to co-found the Artist Management firm Friends At Work and have since been bringing awareness and insights to impact initiatives focused on the future of learning (MacArthur Foundation, CZI, SNHU) and criminal justice reform (John Legend's FREEAMERICA). His recent Pamper's commercial landed a Superbowl spot, as well as Oprah's praise as the #1 2019 commercials.
Allison is the CEO and founder of Manic Monkee, a firm that does strategic business and lead development, brand experiences and storytelling, Shaw produces festivals/events and aligns brands with sponsorship/partnerships. Allison is also on the Board of Directors for Non-Profit music charity Sweet Relief and Charity Bomb. She produced LA's first all solar powered Sunstock Solar Music Festival where all the proceeds went to children with cancer. Allison is the head of partnerships for Muzooka. Allison also works on the Strange 80's/90's shows created by Finn Wolfhard of Stranger Things being held around the country and proceeds go to different charities. Allison is the head booker for the annual Moogfest in Durham, North Carolina.
Mark has over 25 years experience in the music industry across a number of roles such as recording artist, indie record label owner, artist manager, licensing & copyright manager, music reviewer, broadcaster and creative director. He co-founded Independent Music NZ, and founded and chaired the Music Managers’ Forum NZ. He is also a former chair of the Music & Audio Institute’s Performance Advisory Committee.
Mark is the Marketing & Special Projects manager of Recorded Music New Zealand, a non-profit company that protects and advocates for the rights of recording artists and their labels. He oversees the creative direction and online media management for the company and it’s brands such as The NZ Music Awards and The Official NZ Top 40 Charts. Alongside APRA (the composer rights organisation), Mark jointly manages the NZ Music Hall of Fame; and serves as the in-house graphic designer for all of these brands.
