Zane Winslade a High Performance Mental Skills Coach from the Bay of Plenty introduces a programme specially for young athletes. The programme includes 4 interactive workshops developing key mental skills required in Sport and in Life.

Aimed at kids aged 11-16.
The course costs $125 for an athlete and a parent. Each athlete will receive a mental resilience workbook as a resource for them to keep.
