Award-winning Chef Norka will be taking them out of the dark underground, and using her incredible talent to showcase them in a range of creative dishes, using meats sourced from local farms.
Once you’ve arrived at the stunning property, Chef Norka will then take you through a divine evening of canapés, and a four-course menu exploding with innovative flavours. These dishes won’t be your run-of-the-mill, so prepare for yourself for a dining experience you may not have had before! Each course will be paired with a wine that have their ‘roots’ growing right here in the heart of the Bay – Stonecroft, Unison Vineyard, Squawking Magpie, Hawke’s Ridge, Alpha Domus.
Ticket includes canapés and a glass of wine on arrival, followed by a four-course set menu with matching wines. Seating will be limited to create an intimate and friendly dining experience.
