Essential training – sickness, hand hygiene, personal hygiene, cleaning, food allergens, potentially hazardous food Preventing cross-contamination, waste management, pest and animal control, checking temperatures and calibrating thermometers, receiving goods, food storage.
You will receive ITS’s Basic Food Safety certificate on successful completion of the course. This course can also be completed by correspondence, however we recommend attending a training workshop as the very best option.
