As the class title says this will be an Introduction to Meditation, myself and the studio invites you to practice six different styles of meditation over the coming weeks. This is to help you discover what suits you as an individual – which style brings you the most contentment and ease – and which you’d maybe like to take away with you and explore further.
7th - Mindfulness of Breathing: Moving beyond the thinking mind
14th - Insight: Understanding impermanence and letting go
21st - The Sound of Silence: Taking refuge within yourself
28th - Loving-Kindness: Concentration and contemplation
4th - Shamanic Journey: Connecting with your higher self
11th - Kundalini: Clearing the negative mind, opening the positive mind
