Come try yoga in this five-week beginners course designed for absolute beginners or for those looking for a solid refresher of the basics.
Over the 5 weeks, you'll be introduced to common yoga poses, basic philosophy and yoga etiquette in a fun, relaxed environment. Class sizes are kept small to ensure a high level of personal attention and that you are safe. No, you don't have to be able to touch your toes but you do have to bring your sense of humour!
All mats and props are provided for use but you are also welcome to bring your own. Please wear clothes that are comfortable but not baggy. Spaces on our May-June 2018 Course are limited. Avoid disappointment, book a spot for you and a friend today!
