A fluid dynamic yoga, designed to balance, strengthen, and safely stretch the major muscle groups. Increases core stability, and improves a sense of balance and coordination.
Begins by gently awakening the body with preparatory warming movements. Throughout the class, focus is on alignment, with modifications and adaptations offered.
Breath work is a fundamental aspect of the flowing sequences creating pace, energy and space within the body, necessary for each posture to be performed safely, and effectively.
An opportunity to create a 'restful space' in the mind to simply 'be', in a harmonious environment with like-minded individuals.

This is an open level class. Careful guidance will be provided for beginners, while intermediate students will be given the opportunity to work that little bit harder.
This is a subsidised class for the community. Mats are provided by the community centre, there is usually enough available for all, but feel free to BYO.
