Whereas it can be argued that the most important wine produced by any Champagne house is the non-vintage bottling as stated previously - and it should be a reliable representation of the house style - the wines that spark the most interest are certainly the prestige cuvees. This tasting is a rare opportunity to try some of these renowned wines side by side. Spaces are strictly limited for this tasting.
We will taste; Pol Roger Sir Winston Churchill 1999, Dom Pérignon 2003, Krug 2000, Salon 1999, Bollinger RD 1997, Philipponnat Clos de Goisses 2000, Roederer Cristal 2005 and Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2004.
