Want a great lunch break? Healium's midday power yoga classes are 45 minutes long - complete strengthening and stretching workouts that are fast, invigorating and a great way to break up your day.

Power Yoga is a flowing sequence of postures and breathwork to develop physical and mental integrity and agility. Offered Mondays and Fridays at 12:15 pm; and Thursdays at 1:15 pm.
Power Yoga Basics offers the benefits of power yoga but goes into greater depth on the alignment of postures, breathwork and philosophy. Great for everyone, perfect for beginners! Offered Wednesdays and Fridays at 1:15 pm.
Power Yoga Intermediate is for those with a little more experience. If you're new to Healium we suggest attending several other classes first. Offered Mondays at 1.15 and Thursdays at 12.15 pm.
All classes are all-levels and prenatal appropriate and are led by certified instructor Jenifer Parker. She provides gentle assists and modifications to make sure you're strong and safely aligned in every posture.
