Want a great lunch break? Classes are 45 minutes long: complete strengthening and stretching workouts that are fast, invigorating and a great way to break up your day.
Pilates at Healium is a series of mat-based exercises which cultivate beautiful posture, strength and flexibility, from the core to the extremities.
Classes are held Mondays and Thursdays at 11:15 am and are led by certified instructor Sylvia Edge-Perkins.
