Just Meditate classes provide an opportunity to learn both basic and advanced meditation skills in a relaxed setting.
Each week a new meditation is explained and you will be guided through the meditation. This is followed by a question and answer session where we discuss common problems that occur during meditation both in the class and when practicing at home.
These classes are great for anyone who would like to introduce regular meditation to their life and experience the many benefits of having a peaceful mind.
Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of previous experience of meditation. Start any week, booking is not required.
For Wellington CBD, this weekly course is being held at St Andrews on the Terrace (entrance on the right hand side of the church) and guided by Buddhist teacher Claire Gormly.
