Authentic Indian cooking classes. Vegetarian cooking from North India. Classes run during the week and weekends.

Each week you will learn some different recipes like: naan; shahi paneer; stuffed roti; dhal makhani; samosa bhajias; dosa; palak paneer; malai kofta; cumin potatoes; gourmet chickpeas; potato cauliflower curry; eggplant curry; mix vegetable korma; gulab jamun; kheer; mango lassi; masala chai, and lots more.

I will provide all of the ingredients. You only need to bring your taste buds to the class and we will enjoy a banquet afterwards. Please contact Anu on 0211207859 or make a booking by txt or e-mail indiancooking@xtra.co.nz.

Each class size is limited to 5-6 people. Bookings in advance are required.
