Each week you will learn some different recipes like: naan; shahi paneer; stuffed roti; dhal makhani; samosa bhajias; dosa; palak paneer; malai kofta; cumin potatoes; gourmet chickpeas; potato cauliflower curry; eggplant curry; mix vegetable korma; gulab jamun; kheer; mango lassi; masala chai, and lots more.
